We had to demolish this boiler building.  It had a deep basement.

We had to sawcut the concrete roof overhang in preparation for the new addition.

We had to strip the ceilings in all of the racquetball courts.

The general contractor was impressed with the ingenious way we demolished the concrete.  There was zero collateral damage.
